Losing Belly Fat – 5 Tips to Lose Weight Quickly

Author: shannon spoon

Here I have some great weight loss tips to help you lose your belly fat.

1. Snacking

If you have to have a snack, try to eat something good for you. Stay away from the brownies and the cakes. Eat fruits or vegetables. These will help git rid of toxins in your body and they give your body much needed vitamins and minerals.

2. Eating when you are bored

Don’t eat when you are bored. Find something to do to keep you occupied. Read a book or go for a walk. Don’t just sit there in front of the tv and gorge out on potato chips while you are watching your favorite movie. If you have a lot of time on your hands, try to find a hobby that you are interested in to keep food off your mind. Make sure your hobby doesn’t have anything to do with food.

3. A change in your weight

When you have started to lose weight and your doing the right things for your body, give yourself a reward. I don’t mean go buy a big chocolate cake and devour it. Take yourself shopping or go do something you really enjoy (that has nothing to do with food) like the movies or bowling.

4. Exercising

Try to pick a exercise that you will enjoy. Exercising is a great way to lose belly fat. When you are exercising, listen to your favorite music or watch your favorite TV shows. This will help the time go by much faster.

5. Eating at a restaurant

When you are eating out, try ordering one plate instead of two. Order a glass of water before your food comes. This will help to fill you up. If yo do order tea, make sure it is unsweetened.

This is the only program I have found that is flexible, scientific and very easy for you to follow. This diet program will not leave you hungry or deprive you of your favorite foods.

You will be able to eat snacks between meals, recommends that you drink plenty of water and it has worked wonders for me.

I have lost 25 pounds in about 30 days and i am still on this diet program without having any problems. I honestly can say this is the best weight loss program i have been on. Try this great new weight loss program today. This will help you to lose belly fat.

How can I lose belly fat without losing too much weight?
I am 15 years old (male) and I have belly fat and lovehandles. Albeit, I am not obese or overweight, I still would like to lose belly fat and slim down my stomach area. I heard that cardio can make you lose fat but I am worried that if I do too much cardio that I will lose a lot of weight. Any advice on how to lose the belly fat without losing too much weight on cardio exercises? Also is it advisable to lose the belly fat first and then concentrate on ab toning afterwards? Or maybe its better to do the ab muscle training along with the cardio?

P.S. can you also tell me how long the whole process will take?

How to lose belly fat without losing breasts?
After years of being slightly underweight, I’ve finally put on 20 lbs. Unfortunately, I earned the extra weight through a steady collegiate diet of beer and pizza. I’ve never had breasts before (they’re now a B) but I love them, as well as my new hips.

It’s just that I can’t STAND my “beer belly”. I’ve cut down dramatically on drinking and fast food, but I think I’ll need more than just a diet change to get rid of the belly fat.

I’ve heard that spot training doesn’t really work, but does anyone know if there is some way to lose belly fat without losing my new curves?

If you are doing lots of cardio, which is good for your heart and body, and do not want to lose weight but some fats, then you can eat more complex carbs and lean protein. The protein will enable you to turn them into muscles, if you weight train.

Overall, eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

unfortunately, fat distribution is automatically done by the body.. there isn’t a way to keep good fat (breasts) and lose the bad fat (stomach). but, what i’d offer up is this. love who you are… no matter what shape your breasts are or your new curves… be fit. exercise and keep a good attitude towards whatever you have going in your life…

The best cardio exercise is simply the one you will do day in and day out consistently. Choose one which you enjoy doing and don’t be afraid to mix the exercises up. Interval cardio work consists of moving from one exercise to another in set time intervals. For example, you could do the elliptical trainer for 15 minutes, then switch to the stationary bike for another 15 minutes and finish off on the treadmill for the last 15 minutes. Interval training is a great way to keep everything fresh!

There are two schools of though when it comes to cardio training. The “slow & steady” group and the “high intensity” group. These two groups breakdown like this:

    Slow & Steady Cardio

    Long duration (45min – 1 hour)
    Low intensity
    Burn fat and not carbs
    Preserve joints
    High Intensity Cardio

    Short duration (20min – 30min)
    High intensity (interval training)
Burn tons of calories & rev up your metabolism throughout the day
Treat cardio like weights – explosive movements (sprinting, etc)
Our advice is to try both for at least 6 weeks and make sure to monitor your progress with a journal and take weekly photos of yourself to see if you’re truly losing body fat.
